The aim of  having Emergency Beach packing list as an item of our Beach Packing List. is to be  prepared for small ailments and injuries which may unintentionally  happen on the beach so please 
Make sure you have these stuff in your first aid kit

  • Gauze roll
  • Scissors
  • Tweezers- If you need to pick out pesky splinters, tweezers are a must have.
  • Cotton balls

  • Digital thermometer 
  • Instant Ice Pack for bumps and bruises, sprains or anything that needs to be iced
  • Hydrocortisone cream or rashes and bug bites
  • Aloe vera gel to help with sunburns
  • Pain-relief medication
  • First-aid manual or information cards

4 common Beach accident -how to avoid.

1-Heat exhaustion 

Caused due to dehydration and over expose to sun heat and can be avoided by 
drinking water is essential to prevent Heat exhaustion
  • Drinking a lot of fluid (not alcoholic) on the beach and don't wait to feel thirsty to drink 
  • Wear sunscreen
  • Wear light weight and light colored clothes
  • Taking frequent breaks from the sun’s rays

2-Sunburns 

Can be identified as red, painful skin that feels hot to the touch .caused by over exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light from sunshine or artificial sources, such as sunlamps. And it can be avoided by wearing a good sunscreen with SPF >30 .

Within a few days your body may start to heal itself by "peeling" the top layer of damaged skin. After peeling, your skin may temporarily have an irregular color and pattern. A bad sunburn may take a week or longer to heal.

    3-Jellyfish Sting

    Jellyfish sting is a common problem for beach goer as The long tentacles trailing from the jellyfish body can inject you with venom from thousands of microscopic barbed stingers, causing

    • Burning ,prickling and stinging pain 
    • Red,brown or purplish tracks on the skin

          And it can be avoided by avoiding any areas known for its population of jellyfish.

          4-Skin Cut

          In area full of shells and rocks it is common accident to have skin cuts specially at the bottom of your feet and it can be avoided by wearing beach shoes or flip-flop sandals to keep your feet safe
